We("We"), as in the developer of this app, built the "MadArt"; as a free, ad-supported, commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by us for free and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform user regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information. We do not read, store, use or sell your personal information however, third party services like the server, storage provider and API provider may read your data. We delete your photo within 24 hours after the time of upload. We do not track your information or use any mean of technologies to identify you by your face data. We don't specifically read, use, store or share your face data. This does not include the helper third party service provider that may have access to your data in order to provide you the service.

3. STORAGE AND HOST OF USER DATA

MadArt provides a services allowing users to edit, share and make designs with their photos. In order to better serve the needs of users, we store the photos you uploaded to our server for 24 hours after which the photo is automatically deleted. We want to draw your attention to the fact that the photos are stored on a server which is not fully controlled by us Hence, You should be careful with what you upload and understand the risk of the same.

4. DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose your personal information to third parties who perform services on our behalf. Those third parties shall only be permitted to obtain the personal information that is absolutely necessary to perform their service. They must protect personal information to the same extent as MadArt and shall not use the personal information they obtain for any purpose other than the service they provide to MadArt.

We may disclose your personal information to law enforcement authorities in the event of assistance to prevent, detect or investigate criminal activity.

5. SECURITY

We value your trust in our server, thus We're striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. DELETION OF USER DATA

Our servers automatically delete your photo within 24 hours after the time of upload. In case, if you want us to manually delete your personal information from our service, you can contact us on our email: escalate.fast@gmail.com
